Suncoast Technology ("Suncoast," "we," "us") builds and hosts websites and runs the client portal at suncoast.technology. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.
Information we collect
- Account & client details — your name, business name, email address, and phone number, provided during onboarding or in your portal profile.
- Billing information — invoices and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Service content — support requests, contract details and signatures, and project updates you submit or receive through the portal.
- Technical & usage data — IP address, browser type, device, and pages viewed, collected for security, performance, and analytics.
- Cookies & local storage — we store a session token in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in to the portal. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
How we use your information
- Provide, maintain, and improve your website and the client portal.
- Process invoices and payments and manage your account.
- Respond to support requests and communicate about your projects.
- Protect the service against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
Service providers we share data with
We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the platform, each handling data under their own privacy terms:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Google — cloud infrastructure and analytics.
- Cloudflare — content delivery, DNS, and security.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.
Security
We protect data in transit with HTTPS/TLS, use Cloudflare for edge security, and authorize sensitive actions on the server. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at info@suncoast.technology and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's privacy
The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above and, for material changes, notify clients through the portal or by email.
